3.2 Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as specified on our website.

3.3 Refund Policy: Cancellations made at least 10 - 14 days before the scheduled service qualify for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 10 - 14 days of the scheduled service are non-refundable unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.

4.1 Service Availability: NY BUS CHARTERS reserves the right to modify or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers and provide alternative arrangements or a full refund.

4.2 Passenger Conduct: Customers are expected to behave in a manner that ensures the safety and comfort of all passengers and the driver. NY BUS CHARTERS reserves the right to refuse service to any customer whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of company policies.

4.3 Luggage: Customers are responsible for their own luggage. NY BUS CHARTERS is not liable for any loss or damage to luggage unless caused by the company’s negligence.

4.4 Vehicle Cleanliness: Customers are required to maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle during the service. Any spillage or spoilage caused by food, beverages, or other substances will incur a cleaning fine of 165 USD, which will be charged to the customer.

5. Liability

5.1 Limitation of Liability: NY BUS CHARTERS shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

5.2 Insurance: All vehicles are fully insured as per the legal requirements. However, customers are advised to carry their own travel insurance to ensure full coverage during their journey.
